QUESTIONS about this solicitation must be emailed and received by the Division of Purchases at Buyer Email Address. no later than Click here to enter a date., 5:00 PM, in a Microsoft Word attachment with the corresponding solicitation number. 1. Upgrade the existing lighting fixtures and lighting controls for each building as listed in Attachments A- Fixture Schedule and Attachments B -Installation Schedule 2. Provide all necessary supervision, installation personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work in a professional and timely manner as defined in Attachments A- Fixture Schedule, Attachments B- Installation Schedule and Attachments C - Supplemental Conditions. 3. Provide a 1-year warranty for all parts and labor associated with the project. 4. Provide As-Built Documentation and Closeout Procedures as defined in Attachments C Supplemental Conditions.
