Renovation of a municipal facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of January 26, 2022, this project was awarded to Platinum Specialty Services, Inc. for $43,566.90. It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Repairs to Structural Concrete Leaks for the various City agencies and departments as specified herein during the contract period. Awarded seller shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and all necessary appurtenances to perform the required repair services. Leak repair services are to include but are not limited, to the following: repairs to structural concrete in chemical tanks, basins, filtered water beds, conduits, and climbers as well as the repair of concrete expansion joints, replacement of concrete expansion joint materials, and repair of cracks and separations. In order to be eligible to sell Services, Supplies and Equipment, all sellers must be enrolled in the City's Annual Bid Security Program. The program covers the time period from July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022. All sellers must pay the non-refundable Annual Bid Security Program fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
