Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
**As of January 25, 2022, the project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award is not yet determined. Hillsborough County Code Enforcement Department (CED) seeks to identify a qualified Contractor to provide building demolition, site clearing, and property abatement throughout Hillsborough County. Abatement includes but is not limited to: secure all identified exterior openings located on the structure; paint all boards used for securing with a neutral color; painting over graffiti; secure, repair or erect fencing around pools; removal of junk, trash, debris, and overgrowth. Demolition and site clearing include but are not limited to: demolition and removal of existing structures, to include removal of residential and light commercial buildings, utilities, foundations, footers, steps, slabs, vegetation, sidewalks, entrance marquees, accessory structures, swimming pools, inoperable vehicles, trash, junk, debris, concrete and asphalt driveways, and overgrowth. The County will be responsible for the identification of all properties and final determination/approval for services as defined in these specifications to be performed. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordination, scheduling and delivery of all services described in these specifications. 17.9% for minorities and 6.9% for women
