Pre-bid Conference: No Q/A Cutoff Date: 12/17/2021 Q/A Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM EST The JHA is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the Scope of Work as outlined in Attachment A as attached to this solicitation SCOPE OF WORK: o Notify Manager or Foreman when arriving on and leaving Site. o Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supplies, parts, tools, and supervision. o Contractor shall comply with all local requirements regarding permitting. o Contractor shall Furnish and maintain any and all warning devices (i.e. barricades, cones, signs, lights, etc.) required to adequately protect the public, JHA staff, and other workers during the performance of the work. o Contractor shall visit site to verify site conditions and fence measurements. o Contractor shall remove 318 feet of wood privacy fence and 4x4 post on southside of property and dispose of all material, trash, and debris off site. o Contractor shall remove all signs from fence before disposal and install signs on new fence. o Install 318 feet of new 6 ft. wood picket fence (not panels) and new 4x4 wood post. o Install concrete around all new 4x4 wood post. o Any damage caused by the contractor is the responsibility of the contractor to correct or repair. o Paint new wood privacy fence with Thompson's water sealant.
