Renovation of an educational facility in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
***As of February 2, 2022, the project was done and completed by the house staff.*** On behalf of the Wildwood Crest School District Board of Education, Remington & Vernick Engineers (R&V) is requesting quotes for electrical, plumbing and ceiling renovations to the faculty room at the Wildwood Crest Memorial School. The School is performing various renovations to the existing faculty room that are not part of this contract including installation of new acoustical wall panels, new cabinetry and new appliances. The contractor will be required to coordinate his work with the work of the other contractors. The architectural plans for this work are attached for the contractor's information only. The Scope of Work for this quote solicitation generally consists of selective demolition, installation of new lighting, power outlets and data outlets, miscellaneous fire alarm devices, associated electrical wiring and raceways, installation of a new sink and faucet, installation of a new cold water feed to the new refrigerator, removal and replacement of the existing ceiling tile and grid system, and new painted gypsum soffit along the corridor wall at the casework and vending machine. The electrical and plumbing work is as shown on the plans prepared by Remington & Vernick Engineers. The ceiling work is as shown on the Reflected Ceiling Plan prepared by Settembrino Architects. In addition, electrical and plumbing specifications are also attached.
