2022 Sanitary Sewage Sludge Removal and Disposal The work under this contract consists of the periodic removal, hauling and proper disposal of all sludge from the Borough-owned Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Contract Period will extend through December 31, 2022 and is based on an estimated annual volume of 375,000 gallons of sludge to be removed, hauled and disposed at various times during the year. Bids which are delivered to the Borough Clerk prior to the bid opening date and time specified above shall be sealed and will not be opened until the date and time specified above. No bids shall be accepted or considered that are received after the date and time specified above. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, List of Stockholders, Affirmative Action, Agreement of Surety, Insurance and Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
