The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (THA) invites for proposals for full-service lawn care for multi-phase multifamily mixed-income housing properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The residential units have the potential to include Rental Assistance Demonstration Program conversion or transfer of assistance, Project Based Vouchers, HUD Multifamily Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance Vouchers, Low Income Housing Tax Credit units, State Historic Tax Credits units and Market Rate Units. Requests for clarification should be made in writing to Meagan Browning, Contracts Manager, and emailed to Meagan.Browning@tulsahousing.org no later than three (3) days prior to submittal deadline. Inquiries submitted after that time will not be answered. The Term of this Contract shall be for a Five-year period. The first year will be 2022. Upon completion of the original contract term, this contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms with written agreement between both parties and the availability of continued funding. THA reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. THA also reserves the right to select more than one Lawn Care Provider in response to this RFP in order to establish a pool of respondents for future assignments
