SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK a) "Maps" will be provided at Pre-Bid and are color-coded to show the area of work to be performed. Dimensions shall come from Scope of Work package. o Note: Maps are meant to demonstrate the area of work and are not presented to scale. Bidder is responsible for measurement and bidding of all areas highlighted in the drawing b) "Scope of Work" package must be downloaded as attachment and shall be governing document regarding specifications and details. c) By submission of signed contract page as included with this Bid Document, the Bidder is agreeing to have read, understood, and is willing/able to comply with drawings. d) Drawings and Specifications shall be a binding element of Contract during solicitation and upon contract award between Forsyth County Schools and Contractor. e) Turn-Key Project- Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, machinery, labor, parts and supplies to successfully perform the work herein and shall include engineered drawings, materials, equipment, installation, applicable taxes, and insurance as specified.
