RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $312,897 - $382,429 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to replace/relocate approximately 400' of 6", 8" and 12" water main and tie over existing services, together with valves, connections, fittings and appurtenances. Retire in-place approximately 1,100' of 6" water main and remove approximately 400' of 6", 8" and 12" water main. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
