The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is currently seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the procurement of a lift station, including installation, at the Wynne Unit in Huntsville, Texas. The HUB Goal for this category is therefore identified as 21.1% Please Submit All Questions in Writing by April 19, 2022 @ 3:00 PM. All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing by Email/fax. No Questions Will Be Allowed After This Date and Time. Payment bond in the amount of the bid on all bids over $25,000 for the sole protection of those supplying labor, materials, and or equipment . Performance bond in the amount of the bid for all bids over $100,000 for the sole protection of the state of texas, The State also reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities and award the bid to best serve the interests of the State.
