Renovation of a mixed-use development in Piggott, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Piggott School District requests proposals to replace and expand its ip security camera system based upon a solution that includes ip cameras, cabling, poe switches, NVRs, servers, microphones, the ability for video analytics as needed, and configuration and installation of all equipment and software including VLANs if necessary. Interested vendors must meet with the district's technology coordinator on campus prior to submitting any proposal and will be supplied with campus maps. Piggott School District is looking to cover the exterior buildings and grounds and selected interior areas with camera coverage. System will have the ability to scale for future growth and potential to add vape sensors and access controls in future. District requests that recorder footage be retained for minimum of 20 days with extra storage available for future growth. Also, a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required if the bid exceeds $20,000.The school board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to select the most appropriate proposal even if not the lowest price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
