Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

This Contract includes: fine grading of the new track, triple/long jump runways, and pole vault landing pad prior to paving, base and wearing course paving of the new track, triple/long jump runways and pole vault landing pad, reconstruction of triple/long jump sand pits and four takeoff boards for each runway, reconstructing shot put circle, removal of existing surfacing on high jump/pole vault area, surfacing of new track surfaces with either Plexitrac Accelerator Track Surface, or Beynon BSS-100 Polyurethane Track Surface (to be chosen by SAU #88) , and line markings in accordance with NFHS standards. This Contract is being completed separate from Contract 1 (Sitework) that includes all other earthwork required for reconstruction of the track in accordance with the Drawings. Under Contract 1 the contractor will be responsible for bringing select materials to proper grade and rough grading the track, triple and long jump area, and pole vault landing area, in preparation for Contract 2. Even though the site work is under a separate Contract, the Contractor must communicate all work with the parties involved with Contract 1 (Sitework) in order to make sure there is no conflict in schedule or the work. Contract 2 Paving and Surfacing of the Track shall be scheduled to begin on August 15, 2022 with completion by September 10, 2022. SAU is willing to discuss flexibility of the surfacing and striping to be completed by October 1, 2022 if colder weather does not impact application per the manufacturer standards. Contract 1 Work by others is expected to begin on May 30, 2022 with Contract Substantial Completion on or before September 1, 2022. Contract 1 must have all work internal to the field fence except for sod installation and seeding completed by August 15. The date of Final Completion for Contract 1 is on or before September 10, 2022
