The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro") and the Metro Water Services are seeking a qualified firm to provide Erosion Supplies. Scope Details Metro Water Services is seeking a 5 year contract from a qualified contractor to provide erosion supplies for Metro Water Services. The line items on the Bid Form for this project include double-sided straw blankets ordered in 100 sy/roll, boxes of 6" x 1" staples, matting rolls, contractor's blend bags of seed, metal stakes, and a line item capturing a discount off MSRP for miscellaneous Erosion Control products. Metro Water Services intends to place orders approximately every 30 to 45 days as needed. However, Metro does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount of supplies to be ordered off of this contract. These supplies should be ordered and shipped to the requesting department within 5-10 business days from the date of receiving the Purchase Order. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to meet this delivery timeframe and it is recommended the Offeror carry some of the most frequently purchased items in stock to help meet the required delivery timeframe. Delivery of items purchased on this contract should be between 6:00 A.M. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Orders placed by Metro Water Services should be delivered to 1607 County Hospital Road in Nashville. Delivery instructions will be provided at the time of ordering for other Metro Departments.
