As of May 13, 2022, project was awarded to Harrell’s Interior Components, LLC but no award amount available. The Town of Bluffton is re-soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide all materials and labor to install a covered, open sided shed over an existing concrete slab. There were no bids after the first solicitation. Overall dimensions of the shed shall be a width of 36' and a depth of 24' with a height of 12'. A Smith Built Pole Barn with metal trusses is the basis of the design; Offerors may bid Smith Built or equivalent. Furnish and install pole barn/open sided shed as per specs. Example plans and existing slab detail are included in this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide a fully complete structure in accordance with normally accepted construction practices. Shed shall be a pre-engineered building constructed in a manner consistent with “Pole Building” construction and designed for all dead, live, seismic and wind loads as required by the 2018 International Building Code, State and Local Codes. Contractor shall provide documentation of building compliance with applicable codes and signed and sealed drawings by a Professional Engineer licensed to preform work in South Carolina
