The location of the home is 415 Eaton, Perkins, OK 74059 (Payne County). In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. Performance and payment bonds and alternative payment protections are required for this award. A bid guarantee is required and shall be submitted with offer. The bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the offer price. The offeror shall submit the following: 1.)
