Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morristown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Bids for Butterworth Sewer Treatment Laboratory Furniture and New Flooring The work proposed is the removal of existing cabinets and fume hood and countertops and the replacement of the flooring in the laboratory. The new cabinets and fume hood will replace the existing cabinets in-kind. A Pre-Bid Conference is not required for this bid. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, minimum of $500.00 and not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids
