Tennis Court Conversion to Beach Volleyball Bid Security must accompany the bid in the sealed envelope. Bidders to attach a certified check, cashier's check, or University of New Orleans Bid Bond Form in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as an evidence of good faith. Bid Security furnished by the Contractor shall guarantee that the Contractor will, if awarded the work according to the terms of his proposal, enter into the Contract and furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as required by these Bidding Documents, within ten (10) days after written notice that the instrument is ready for his signature. The University shall have the right to reject any or all bids and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The provisions and requirements of the Instructions to Bidders, the Advertisement for bids, and those required on the bid form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived. AWARD TO T.H.E ENTERPRISES $638,000.00.
