Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buford, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a new reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drainage system along Shadburn Ferry Road in preparation for a sidewalk improvement project, including site work, curb and gutter, roadway widening, concrete driveway repair, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia State Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43 14, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-41. Failure to provide the bidder's Georgia Utility Contractor's License Number on the outside of the sealed proposal will result in rejection of the bid. All required federal, state, and local permits as well as required easements or rights of way for the project will be obtained prior to Construction. City may perform or award work at the Site prior, concurrent, or subsequent to work under this Contract. Cooperate fully with the City so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by the City. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by the City If City-awarded contracts interfere with each other due to work being performed at the same time or at the same Site, City will determine the sequence of work under all contracts according to "Work Sequence" and "Contractor's Use of Site" Articles in this Section. Coordinate Work with utilities of City and public or private agencies.
