Bidders should note that this procurement is subject to the following internal trade agreement(s): # The Agreement on Internal Trade # The Atlantic Procurement Agreement # The Procurement Agreement for New Brunswick and Quebec Payment of $50.00 (non-refundable) is to be made through the City's Customer Service Area (City Hall) or by contacting (506) 658-4455. Following payment, tender documents may be obtained from Utilities & Infrastructure Services, 1st floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick. Tender documents will also be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton and Halifax. The work is to be completed on or before September 30, 2022. A bid bond or certified cheque payable to the City of Saint John in the amount of ten percent of the tender price must accompany each tender.
