No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION The City of Orange is seeking qualifi cations for Architectural Services to assist the City with the rehabilitation of former City Hall. Sealed submissions, addressed to the City of Orange, will be received at the offi ce of the City Secretary, at City Hall, 812 N. 16th Street, Orange, Texas 77630, until Thursday, December 30th, 2021, at 3:00p.m. Proposals received after the cut off time will be returned unopened. Please submit one (1) marked original and two (2) exact duplicates of your proposal. Proposals must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted. If your packet is sent via courier package, the sealed envelope must be placed inside the courier package. The proposers information must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner on the outside of both the sealed envelope and courier package.
