Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization. The Center de services scolaire des Phares is in no way liable for the fact that the opinions or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only bids from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c.
