EXECUTION OF WORKS The construction work must be carried out between June 26 and August 25, 2023, during the day without occupants, in the evening when students are present. In the event that the CONTRACTOR does not respect the deadline provided for in the schedule, it must pay the school service center a penalty as indicated in section 3.27 of this call for tenders. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time limit set for the receipt of tenders.
