Renovation of a residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Built in 1992 and located at 201 Providence St. in Worcester MA, Curran Terrace Apartments is a 3-story apartment building consisting of 50 housing units. The work includes and is not limited to the furnishing and installation of an ACCESS INTERCOM SYSTEM CONSISTING OF: A. Curran Terrace Apartments: 1. Aiphone model IXG-DM-HID IP Video Entrance Station 2. Aiphone Surface Mount Box Model SBX-IXGDM7 and surface mount plate to cover present intercom mount. 3. Micro Ethernet Switch Model DGS-1210 Series or equal 4. Gateway Adaptor Model IXGW-GW or equal 5. IXGWGW Lifetime (perpetual) and transferable license for 52 units and confirmation the licenses stay with the WHA for example: When a tenant moves out the license can be re-assigned to the new tenant moving in. 6. SERVICES PROVIDED BY VENDOR: Removal and proper disposal of existing telephone dialer in entrance area Complete review of wiring with WHA Electricians and required wiring at pre-bid walk through. A line drawing will be provided by the vendor of their system and its interface with existing wiring for WHA reference. Complete review of existing intercom housing and assembly for clean installation of new intercom assembly. Installation of 1 new intercom and components. Intercom must work with existing opener for HID key access that controls a single door opener. Operating program is installed currently at offsite management office from earlier intercom installation on another property. Submittal package. Programming procedures and training for intercom and tenant apps to building Management and staff and removal of tenant apps when they move. Technical support for system during business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Wiring from new intercom to current door switches/controllers. Alternate Bid - Single cost estimate for a solution for any potential tenant(s) that do not own a smartphone or tablet. Our anticipation is a vast majority of tenants will own a smartphone but consideration will be needed for the +/-10% that do not own a smartphone 7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Pricing must include the following: SITE VISITS & PROJECT MEETINGS FIELD REVIEW OF SYSTEM PROGRAMMING SERVICES INITIAL SYSTEM TEST CLOSE OUT DOCUMENTATION B. Warranty - minimum requirements: 1. Labor and Materials - 1 year
