Renovation of a medical facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Nonstructural tenant improvement to accommodate the Ear, Nose, and Throat specialty clinic at the VMC Talbot Professional Center, Suites 210 and 230. The work includes selective demolition of casework, finishes, and fixtures, the construction of new partitions, installation of new finishes, and modifications to MEP infrastructure. The estimated construction cost is $540,000. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project is to reach Substantial Completion by the following date: One hundred and ten (110) calendar days from the date of award of contract. Written requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall reach the Architect no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Project No. 21042.01
