Project awarded to "Nebraskas Best" Award amount - $26,000.00 Furnish all supervision, labor and equipment to mow and trim plant grounds The mowing season will begin when mowing is required, approximately April 1st. This order will cover the period of approximately April 1st through November 1st, extendable for additional four one-year options at the sole option of the City. If the City exercises the option to renew the contract, the contractor will be notified in writing before the contract expires. Termination is subject to Item IV of the specifications. Bid Bond or Certified Check Required in the Amount 5% . If the Total Amount for the Item Offered Is $20,000 or More. Omaha, NE 68183 The successful vendor shall provide a performance bond equal to the vendor's bid within ten (10) calendar days from award of the contract.
