Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility.
This project is for the renovation of approximately 25,000 gross square feet in the UNTHSC Everett Education & Administration (EAD) Building, located at 1100 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, Texas on the UNT Health Science Center campus, for the purpose of creating space for the Institute of Health Disparities to support collaborative nonlaboratory research activities, open collaboration space, community space, meeting spaces, and offices for use by the Institute and general University. Also included are HVAC and electrical upgrades as needed, new finishes and furnishings, and restroom renovations. Construction to be substantially completed no later than September 2023.
