The Work includes, but is not limited to, locate services to provide office and field locate clearance services that are related to storm sewer pipes and culverts on Regional Roads. The Contractor shall provide, on behalf of the Region, a complete locate service for any storm sewer pipes and culverts that are located within the requested work zone area (as well as within a 3m buffer zone surrounding the area), as indicated on each of the Ontario One-call requests. The Contractor shall provide any and all labour, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, and any incidentals required to successfully perform the work as specified. The term of the Contract for completion of the Work is for one (1) term of three (3) years commencing at 12:01 am on August 1, 2022 and ending at 11:59 pm on July 31, 2025. The Region, at its sole option, may renew the Contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms on the same terms and conditions except pricing.
