This work will improve in highway safety and aesthetics in various municipalities in Rockland and Orange Counties. This project is located in the HUDSON VALLEY region and includes the following: Counties Orange Rockland Villages Woodbury Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
