Fencing shall occur at two locations, the first location is located off 15th Ave SW and the second is located off Highlands Blvd. Each location will include the installation of two gates and over 200 linear feet of fence. See the Vicinity map, Exhibit B, for general locations. The first location is 15th Ave SW, Exhibit C. A new 4' high black vinyl chain link fence shall be installed. The black vinyl chain link fence fronting the Right of Way shall be per WSDOT Std Plan L20.10-03 (Type 4), Exhibit F. The remaining black vinyl chain link fence shall be per COP Std Plan 06.01.08 (Chain Link Fence Type 6), Exhibit E. A 15' wide black vinyl chain link double swing gate and a black vinyl chain link single man gate shall be installed per WSDOT Std Plan L-30.10-02, Exhibit G. The price shall include all materials, equipment, labor, etc. necessary to complete the work. Any clearing and grading, modifications and tie-ins shall be considered incidental to the fence installation. The second location is Highlands Blvd, Exhibit D. A new 6' high chain link fence (Chain Link Fence Type 1) shall be installed, per COP Std Plan 06.01.08, Exhibit E. Two 15' wide black vinyl chain link fence double swing gates shall be installed, per WSDOT Std Plan L-30.10-02, Exhibit G. The price shall include all materials, equipment, labor, etc. necessary to complete the work. Payment/Performance Bond (Contract Bond) - Not Required (Additional 10% Retainage withheld in Lieu) Work shall start ten (10) calendar days after execution of the contract and the issuance of a notice to proceed; and shall be completed within twenty (20) working days. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
