Tennessee Tech is seeking bids from a qualified company to provide Putting Green Installation services and materials, per specifications outlined herein. Bid prices are to include all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the complete installation of synthetic grass surface and all necessary shipping/handling charges to make delivery F.O.B. Cookeville, TN 38505. - Putting Surface - 1,000 sq. ft. utilizing Short Game Pro or Elite with 4-5lbs. RQS infill and Envirofill top dressing, 5 pin cups with flags. 5,000 lbs short game pro or elite for topdressing 5 pins and cups with flags. - Fringe Turf - 1,500 sf utilizing Dynamic Pro Plus or Short Game Elite with 3.5lbs RQS and Envirofill top dressing. 5,250 lbs. - Dynamic pro or short game elite for topdressing. - Tee Areas - 3 (5x5) Utilizing Ultimate Tee Nylon Tee Turf including crushed stone subbase. - Bunker Area - 300sf XG Bunker Turf (sand white) - Drainage - Must be designed and included in pre-build CAD Plan and as built. 200 linear ft 4" corrugated drain pipe. - Subsurface - Per specification minimum of 66 tons 5" of 3/4 " Minus Clean Stone and 12 tons of 1" Stone Dust, with 3400 sq. ft of 5mm Sofstep foam pad.
