As of February 3, 2023, construction is underway and expected to be completed by March, 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. (LaPorte County Complex, 809 State St, LaPo rte IndianaMeeting Room #3) Bids will be reviewed by the LaPorte County Engineer and Attorney and the successful low bid Contractor will be awarded at a subsequent meeting room at the La Porte City Complex Building Rm #3. The project consists of installing Approx. 6895 FT of 30-inch storm pipe, 780 FT of 24" stormwater tile and 16-36" Nyoplast manholes starting at West Nowak Drive, West to 75 West and running South along County Road 75 West, with an outfall at Kingsbury Creek and all other necessary equipment required by the Construction Contract Documents along for the project within La Porte County, IN. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The bidding documents can be viewed and downloaded at website. Prospective bidders shall notify the LaPorte County Engineer, Jerry Sullivan at: jgsullivan@ laporteco.in.gov so the bidder will be added to a bidders list and notified of any addendum to the bid documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
