Note: an apprenticeship program approved by the nys dept. Of labor is required for all projects in excess of 250,000.00. This requirement applies to all prime contracts and all their respective sub-contracts, regardless of the subcontract amount, for all trades necessary to complete the work. Failure to comply with this requirement, may be cause for your bid to be rejected. Failure to provide any documenation at the time of the bid submission, will be cause for your bid to be rejected.
