For more information please contact The City of Altamonte Springs. ** The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed General Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals to perform the construction of the new flexible path improvements for pedestrian, bicyclists and transit which includes roadway, sidewalk, trail, drainage and landscaping improvements on various roadways throughout the City including, but not limited to, SR 436, Palm Springs Dr. and Central Pkwy. The project begins at the Seminole Wekiva Trail adjacent to Sanlando Park and ends at the Altamonte Springs SunRail station. Project includes many elements including wider sidewalks, multi-use trail, curb and gutter sections, new raised curb medians, inlets, piping, lighting and roadway reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation, landscaping, irrigation and signalization improvements.
