1. Outdoor Shed for Frankfort Group Home 14' x 32' woods storage shed Floor - treated 4x6 runners; treated 2x6 floor joists 16" OC; treated 5"x8" plywood; rot and termite resistant. Walls - 2x4 wall studs 24" OC with double studs at all siding laps. Siding is 5"x8" treated T111 sealer with wood sealer to protect it from external elements. Metal roof - Trusses at 4' OC and 2x4 roof purlins at 24" OC; reflective vapor barrier under metal roofing; 29 gauge roofing metal. Lofted ceiling. Building should include a gable vent. Double barn doors. Doors are key lockable. All exterior nails and screws shall be galvanized to help prevent rust. No windows. No electricity. No color preference. Shed shall be rated to withstand winds up to 100 mph. Assembly to be competed on site. Due to the weight of the building, anchoring to the ground should not be necessary. No digging and no concrete pad or path required. Moderate leveling up to 8 inches; facility will supply any needed concrete blocks.
