In addition, ancillary features along the corridor are past their service life and in need of replacement. Anticipated Construction Cost: $4,000,000-$4,999,999 The STH 22 modernization design project extends from SCPL to NCPL (1.1 miles) of the City of Gillett, in Oconto County. The project includes concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer, guardrail, a box culvert extension for structure C-42-0025, and possibly lighting. Major tasks include preliminary design, review of environmental impacts, final design, and PS&E preparation. Project deliverables include preliminary plans, environmental document, design study report, and PS&E The contract price will be based on the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
