Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Beaufort, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Description of the Work: Construct a single story satellite fire station which consists of an alarm communication center, apparatus high bays, equipment maintenance areas, administrative and training areas, living quarters, kitchen, recreational and dining areas. Construction will consist of a concrete pile foundation, a reinforced concrete masonry unit wall system with an exterior brick veneer and interior walls of gypsum wallboard on metal studs, and a standing seam metal roof. Facility related control systems include cybersecurity features in accordance with current Department of Defense criteria. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Addendum #1-#7 have been issued as of 3-9-2023.
