The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide ground boxes from manufacturers prequalified by the Texas Department of Transportation in accordance with the specifications listed herein. These ground boxes provide housing for power lines for in-ground construction of utilities to make the connection to the traffic signal lights. This contract will be utilized by the Traffic Operations Division of Public Works Departmentnty Procurement Services will not accept submittals received after said time and date and will refuse any late offers, unopened. All solicitations are subject to the Prohibition of Lobbying Clause - (1) Bid totals only will be read aloud at Bid openings and (2) Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Selection Committee process, and as the meeting is noticed Questions regarding registration may be submitted to the SAePS Hotline at (210) 207-0118 or by email at vendors@sanantonio.gov with "SAePS Portal" on the subject line so this can be expedited.
