Renovation of a municipal facility in Paterson, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of 2/9/2022 Thje project wasd awarded to D&M Electrical LLC award amount $72,512.50 The work on the Project includes furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete the tasks set forth in the Project specifications and as shown on the construction plans. The principal items of work to be constructed is for the installation of a new 22 kW Diesel Fueled Generator System, including weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure, automatic transfer switch, reinforced concrete pad and foundation, bollards, and all other relevant site work. The work includes facility training and all necessary close-out documentation, including remote monitoring system. No late proposals or bids will be accepted. The County is not responsible for bids delivered or otherwise not arriving on time. The County reserves the right under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 to reject bids for the reasons stated therein. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to consider the bid proposals for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. Moreover, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, and waive minor informalities not considered material defects under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
