Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Macon, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and transportation facility.

Bidders must be independent contractors and will not be within protection or coverage of MTA's Worker's Compensation Insurance, and no withholding of Social Security, Federal, or State Income Tax. You must be Licensed and Bonded, provide a Certificate of Workman's Compensation, and W-9 documents. Bidders must provide own equipment. The Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority wishes to expand the current office width 6-8 feet each way.
