Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature A certified check, payable to the Bethlehem Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. The Bethlehem Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the Bethlehem Housing Authority. Any City permits, as required, will be obtained and paid for by the contractor. The lowest responsible bid will be selected by written resolution by the Board of Commissioners of the Bethlehem Housing Authority at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting.
