Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Caneadea, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work will include, but not be limited to, removal of three (3) existing culvert pipes and replacement with a 14 foot wide by 8 foot tall concrete box. There will be approximately 100 feet of full-depth pavement reconstruction. Please direct technical questions to Mike Savino of Popli Design Group at msavino@popligroup.com. Please direct all other questions to Alexandra Whalen. Questions may be submitted to the individuals identified above and must be received by 4:00 PM on December 4, 2024. Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all recipients of the bid documents no later than 4:00 PM on December 6, 2024. If necessary, an addendum to the Bidding Documents will be issued. The Town of Caneadea reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder shall include a bid bond, certified check, bank cashiers check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank subject to the conditions provided in the IMPORTANT BIDDER INFORMATION. The MBE goal for this project is: 5% The WBE goal for this project is: 7% The SDVOB goal for this project is: 2% Project EEO Employment goals for this project are: 6.3% Minority, 6.9% Female
