Project Number: 2021055 REMEDIAL MEASURES PLAN ID NO. EH-18 Invitation to Bid-Notice is hereby given by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. Bid 129-2021 Hartland 3 Pump Station Replacement. Only online bids will be accepted for this solicitation. The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the Hartland 3 Pump Station Replacement, to include new wetwells, valve vault, pumps, electrical appurtenances, comminutor vault, and site improvements at Hartland 3 Pump Station. The time period estimated and authorized by the OWNER for Substantial Completion of Work by the AGREEMENT, in full, is hereby fixed as 270 consecutive calendar days. The time shall begin ten (10) calendar days after CONTRACTOR is issued the Notice to Proceed.
