Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Augustine, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of February 7th, 2022 this project has not been awarded yet. Construction of an approximate 60' wide x 10' long metal building to fully enclose an existing building at the San Augustine water treatment plant including, electrical, lighting, concrete, access ramps,filter backwash drain piping, and other necessary appurtenances. Estimate Value: $200,000.00 Liquidated Damages:$500/per calendar day Calendar Days: 180days A Pre-Bid Conference will not be conducted. Please submit questions for this Project 72 hours prior in the Q & A portal. The successful Bidder, or Bidders, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the contract written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas and satisfactory to the Owner. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bid. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
