Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of earthwork related to installation of public streets and related landscaping, and water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and irrigation public improvements. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis for the complete Project, per the Bid Package. PROJECT DATES: Instructions Bid Package to be issued December 15, 2021 No onsite Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled.
