All Trees must be planted straight as judged by OSTC.
All Trees to carry 18 month warrenty against dead or dying trees as judged by OSTC
All Trees to be staked with 2" dia Doug Fir Stakes and heavy guage PVC Chain Lock
All trees to be installed with a soil saucer/well and 3" depth of Hardwood Mulch. There shall be no mulch against the trunk of the tree.
Contractor to be resposible for watering through warranty period
Contractor to supply and install AM leonard 48"x4" dia tree gaurds for each tree planted
Contractor to remove stakes after 18 months
All trees to be installed with dry roots 3-4-3
By responding to this RFQ Contractor commits to starting work after 15-Mar-22 and completing entire scope by 15-May-22
