A. Scope of Work
1. The County has eight waste convenience centers for citizens to dispose of trash. Each has two trash compactors. Most sites are open 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. The County seeks a contractor to provide as-needed repairs to the following waste management and recycling equipment:
a. Sixteen (16) Push Button Trash Compactors. All are Marathon Brand. Ten (10) of them are 220 volts, single phase and six (6) of them are 460 volts, 3 phase.
b. Selco Vertical Cardboard Baler
c. All future like equipment
2. All materials and parts shall be at cost or a percentage off list price.

B. General Information
1. Quotes shall be free of any federal, state or local taxes. Quotations must show unit price, total price, and grand total. In case of error in the extension of prices, the unit price shall govern.
C. Contractor Requirements
1. Contractor shall maintain a Contractors license through DPOR as required.
2. Contractor shall have an active registration with the Virginia State Corporation Commission, if required.
3. Contractor shall obtain and maintain a Dinwiddie County Business License, if required.
