Site work for a development in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
This project is the second bid package as part of an infrastructure build out to support bison reintroduction to the land at Spring Lake Park Reserve (SLPR). This bid package will provide the herd's drinking water services, some miscellaneous electrical, some paving and other site improvements for that overall project. Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in this RFB document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening bids. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project on February 22, 2022 at its regular meeting, and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
