They will be open at approximately 7:45 P.M. at the regular Township Meeting on January 4, 2022 for the following and must be submitted on MS 963 bid form supplied by the Township or may be obtained from the website under FORMS: Item #1: 250 Tons, more or less (PA#3 A) Washed Limestone. Item #2: 100 Tons, more or less, of AASHTO #1 (PA#4) Limestone. Item #3: 800 Tons, more or less, of 2A (subbase). Item #4: 200 Tons, more or less, R-6. Item #5: 1,000 Tons, more or less of DSA (driving surface aggregate) Item #6: 200 Tons, more or less of R-8 Rip Rap Item #7: 1,000 Tons, more or less of Anti Skid Limestone. A 10% performance bond and proof of Liability and worker's compensation is required within 20 days of receipt of bid award. All materials must be PENNDOT approved and certified and must meet current Pennsylvania Supplements. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
