Box 486 Mount Holly, NJ 08060-0486 Project is to be completed ninety (90) calendar days The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority (Owner) is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor that will: o Remove one (1) 8.5-ton Carrier HVAC RTU and all appurtenances from the roof of the Owner's control building, 26 Maple Avenue, Lumberton, New Jersey 08048 o Deliver, supply, install, and test one (1) new, unused properly sized HVAC RTU unit, and all appurtenances as indicated herein. o The proposed replacement RTU shall meet Energy Star Ratings for improved efficiency. o The Contractor shall assist the Owner preparing any applications or documents required by the utility company to obtain any rebates available for the newly installed RTU.
