Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: 2,700 feet of 8-foot wide shared use pathway and 208 feet of 10-foot wide boardwalk. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
